When making international calls from the USA, Canada and the Caribbean to Thailand dial the following sequence.  

011 + (66) + (city code) + (local phone number)

When making international calls from Thailand to other countries use the following dialing sequence.

001 + (country code) + (city code) + (local phone number)

When making an international call to the USA, Canada and the Caribbean from Thailand use the following dialing codes.  

001 + 1 + (area code) + (local phone number).
